Scott Burnside

Director of Development

Scott has over 12 years of experience in financial planning, in addition to his extensive experience in the construction and development industries in the Rocky Mountain areas. He started his career in Idaho as a financial advisor, managing retirement plans for some of the major companies in Idaho as well as some of Idaho’s most affluent residents. Throughout his time in the financial planning industry, Scott clung to his passion for development and construction, constructing multiple custom and speculative residential homes each year, as well as planning substantial commercial developments in Southeast Idaho.

Scott has extensive experience working with individuals to create a turnkey, custom home building experience. He also has experience working with local governments to procure land-use approvals and permits for various commercial projects. Scott is a lifelong resident of Driggs, Idaho, and has an education in Economics from Utah State University.
