Gary Schnell

VP of Operations

Gary has over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industries across the Western United States, starting his career in California, building commercial industrial, office, and retail buildings as well as public infrastructure. Eventually he transitioned into the residential development industry, working for two of the largest developers in Northern California at River West Investments.

Gary has extensive experience creating turnkey, design-build, commercial, and industrial building projects, Class A offices; negotiating and implementing regional and nationwide regulatory permitting as well as comprehensive experience negotiating federal, state, and local land-use approvals and permits. His education is in Civil Engineering from California State University Sacramento.
